- Account Information: Your name, email address, and iRacing customer ID (if provided) when you sign up for the beta.
- Usage Telemetry: iRacing session data including lap times, fuel levels, car positions, and other in-sim telemetry processed locally by the PitCall AI application.
- Voice Data: Voice input processed for speech-to-text conversion. Voice data is processed in real time and is not stored permanently.
- Service Usage Data: Basic usage patterns to help us improve the product, such as feature usage frequency and error logs.
How We Use Your Information
- Service Delivery: To provide real-time AI spotter and crew chief functionality during your iRacing sessions.
- Product Improvement: To analyze usage patterns and improve PitCall AI's performance, accuracy, and features.
- Communication: To send you beta invitations, product updates, and important service announcements.
Third-Party Services
PitCall AI integrates with the following third-party services:
- Anthropic (Claude API): Race telemetry context is sent to Anthropic's Claude API for AI reasoning and strategy analysis. Anthropic's privacy policy governs their handling of this data.
- SendGrid: We use SendGrid to send email notifications and communications. Your email address is shared with SendGrid for this purpose.
- ElevenLabs: If you choose the ElevenLabs TTS engine, text is sent to ElevenLabs for voice synthesis. ElevenLabs' privacy policy governs their handling of this data.
Data Retention
We retain your account information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you services. Telemetry and voice data are processed in real time and are not stored on our servers. You may request deletion of your account data at any time by contacting us.
Data Security
We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal information. However, no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is 100% secure.

You have the right to:
